Salary / Pay Scale for BEL Trainee Engineer

Trainee Engineers in Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended upto a maximum of three years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual‟s performance.  Remuneration details for BEL Trainee Engineer are provided below –

• 1st year: Rs. 30,000/-
• 2nd year: Rs. 35,000/-
• 3rd year: Rs. 40,000/-

Area allowance to those candidates who will be posted to various sites and customer location will be payable @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month)

Rs.12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc are also admissible to BEL Trainee Engineers

Age Limit for BEL Trainee Engineer

For the post of Trainee Engineer in BEL, the age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates.

The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years‟ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.

Selection Process for BEL Trainee Engineer

• Candidate should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement.
• Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test).
• 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview.
• Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.
