Candidate may note that earlier commission decided to close the application window on April 2, 2024. This recruitment drive will fill out a total of 40,247 posts of the head teacher and 6061 posts of the headmaster.

Interested candidates who want to submit their application for the same will pay 750 rupees whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST/Female/PWD will pay 200 rupees as application fees.
BPSC registration 2024: Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification and age limit is decided by the commission according to the post.
Head Teacher: The age limit for teachers working under Panchayati Raj Institute and Municipal Corporation Institute is not determined separately. However, teachers working with institutes affiliated with CBSE/ICSE/BSEB should lie in the age category like a minimum of 31 years and the age of superannuation is fixed i.e. 60 years for all the categories.
Head Master: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum 50% marks. Also, candidates must hold DeLeD, BT, BeD, BAeD, BScEd, or BLeD and must pass the teacher eligibility test.
Moreover, they must carry 8 years of experience as a secondary teacher in a state government school or 12 years of experience as a secondary teacher in a school affiliated with CBSE, ACSE, or BSEB.
