The candidates may note that the application window for the same will remain open till 5 March 2025. This recruitment drive will fill out a total of 224 vacancies for Senior Assistant (Official Language) NE-6 Level, Senior Assistant (Accounts) NE-6 Level, Senior Assistant (Electronics) NE-6 Level, and Junior Assistant (Fire Service) NE-4 Level.
The application fee for the General, EWS, and OBC categories is Rs 1000. Women candidates, SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen, and apprentices who have completed 01 years of Apprenticeship Training in AAI are exempted from paying the application fees.

AAI Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria
To participate in this recruitment drive, the upper age of the candidate must be 30 years. Age relaxation will be provided to the candidates of the reserved categories.
Senior Assistant (Official Language) /NE-6 Level –
The candidates should have a master’s in Hindi with English as a subject at the Graduation level OR a Masters in English with Hindi as a subject at the Graduation level.
OR
Masters in any subject apart from Hindi/English from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects at graduation level.
OR
Masters in any subject apart from Hindi/English from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as medium and compulsory/optional subjects or medium of examination at graduation level.
This means if at the Graduation level, Hindi is a medium then English should be a compulsory/optional subject or if English is a medium then Hindi should be a compulsory/optional subject.
OR
Graduation degree from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects or anyone out of both as a medium of examination and another as a compulsory/optional subject along with a recognized Diploma/Certificate course of Hindi to English.
English to Hindi Translation or two years experience of Hindi to English and English to Hindi Translation at Central/State Government offices including Government of India Undertakings or reputed organizations.
In addition to qualification criteria, Computer literacy test in MS Office (Hindi).
Two years of relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
Senior Assistant (Accounts) /NE-6 Level –
The candidates should have a Graduate preferably B.Com. with a Computer literacy test in MS Office.
Experience –
Two years of relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
Senior Assistant (Electronics) /NE-6 Level –
The candidates should have a Diploma in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Radio Engineering.
Experience –
Two years of relevant experience in the concerned discipline.
Junior Assistant (Fire Service) /NE-04 Level –
The candidates should have a 10th Pass + 3 years approved regular Diploma in Mechanical /Automobile / Fire.
OR
12th Pass (Regular Study).
